Q. What is the aroma of Valor and Ignite Your Journey blends?

A. Valor has a complex and rich woodsy, floral aroma. Ignite Your Journey has a woodsy, minty, herbaceous aroma.

Q. Does Valor blend or Ignite Your Journey blend need to be diluted for topical application?

A. Valor blend does not require dilution, except for the most sensitive skin. For Ignite Your Journey blend, dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6TM Vegetable Oil Complex. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of your arm and apply to desired area as needed.

Q. Is there a UV warning associated with Valor or Ignite Your Journey blends?

A. No. Neither of these blends has an associated UV warning.

A. Valor blend:

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.

Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.

Ignite Your Journey blend:

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of your arm and apply to desired area as needed.

A. No, these blends are for topical and aromatic use only.

Step 1: Massage 3 drops of Valor blend onto the bottoms of your feet and then the back of your neck, working up to the base of your skull.

Step 2: Dilute and massage 3 drops of Ignite Your Journey blend over your heart and inhale deeply as you envision your journey and the power of your purpose.

Valor blend also has the following suggested uses:

• Apply Valor blend to the bottoms of your feet and/or the back of your neck while you unwind before bed.

• Enjoy the uplifting scent while you build confidence or prepare for challenging moments.

• Diffuse the inspiring aroma while you work to align your mind, body, and spirit and let go of the barriers that make you feel stuck.
