• 4 cups apple cider
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 drops Nutmeg Vitality
• 2 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality
• 2 drops Thieves Vitality for a kick
• 5 drops of Orange Vitality
• Optional for added sweetness: 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, natural honey, or maple syrup.

What To Do:

1. Heat your apple cider in a saucepan over med-high heat until steamy.
   
   
2. Once it's hot (but not boiling) add in the heavy whipping cream and whisk continuously until hot and bubbly.
   
   
3. This is when you want to add your sweetener of choice, if desired. It won't properly dissolve if not sufficiently hot. Since this is a creamy version of apple cider, it can be very yummy on the sweeter side. However, I prefer it natural and packed with essential oil flavors. 
   
   
4. Remove from heat and add the Vitality Oils above, mixing well. 
   
   
5. Serve nice and hot, or feel free to garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.
