White Angelica essential oil is a beautiful blend. From the minute I smelled it, I knew we would become great friends.

White Angelica is a blend of the following 10 oils:

Bergamot
Myrrh
Geranium
Sacred Sandalwood
Ylang Ylang
Coriander
Black spruce
Melissa
Hyssop
Rose

This blend was formulated to create a frequency field to ward off negative energies. It is important to use emotional cleansing in our wellness practice as it may increase the aura around the body which brings a sense of strength and protection. Energy Shield Method

Another great way to use White Angelica to create what we call the “Energy Shield” to help keep grounded, balanced and keep any negative energy away!

3 drops White Angelica on the crown of my head (YES in your hair, it won’t make it greasy! I love adding oils to my hair.)
2 drops Valor on left wrists, press right wrist to left.
2 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce in my left hand, rub both hands together and cup hands around nose/mouth and take 5 deep breaths in.

In between each breath lower hands and repeat affirmation “I am filled with positivity, strength, happiness and willingness to grow.” You don’t have to say them out loud if you feel silly but the spoken word is powerful.
