It's Friday afternoon and as I sit as my desk, working from home, visions of sugar plums are dancing in my head. Ok, not visions of sugar plums but boy oh boy would I like a piece of cake or some other sweet treat. When this happens I have a little trick I use and it's called Slique Essence.

Slique Essence is a combination of grapefruit, spearmint, tangerine, lemon and ocotea essential oils plus stevia. When the cravings hit I smell this straight from the bottle. I give it about 5-10 seconds of inhaling and then wait a minute and do that for about 5 minutes. Usually around minute 3 I wonder what the heck I was even craving!

I will also add Slique Essence directly to my water or when I make Slique Tea, I'll add 2 or 3 drops to that. It's a nice little pick me up too!
