DIY Lavender Honey Lotion Bars - Ahhhhmazing!

Soothe  your dry winter skin with these easy-to-make lotion bars infused with the  relaxing properties of Lavender essential oil! Your skin’s warmth slightly  melts the lotion bar to leave a layer of moisture. These bars are especially  useful for dry patches on knees, elbows, hands, and feet and are compact enough  for travel.

• 2 tablespoons beeswax
• 4 tablespoons coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tsp honey
• 2-4 drops Young Living Lavender essential oil

In a double boiler, melt together beeswax and coconut oil until combined. Remove from heat and add in olive oil, honey, and lavender essential oil and mix to combine. Pour mixture into a silicone mold or lined muffin tins. Put in fridge and let harden for 1+ hours. Remove bars from mold and enjoy!

You can also add other essential oils like peppermint essential oil, roman chamomile essential oil, ylang ylang essential oil and the list goes on. Have fun and be creative!
