Please note, recipes are only for Young Living essential oils. They are pure, therapeautic grade oils. Do not make this with other oils as many are fragrance oils.
• 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar, Pepper Jack, or Colby cheese (or a combination), room temperature
• 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
• 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces, toasted
Mix together cheese, cream cheese, chives, and essential oils using a stand mixer, adjusting ingredients to achieve your desired flavor. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then form into 2 cheeseballs. Roll in pecan pieces to coat surface. Chill for 8+ hours before serving with crackers or veggies.
